About Experience

A guided tasting experience exploring the relationship between oak smoke, fire cooking and carefully selected wines. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of smoked dishes paired with wines chosen to complement the depth and character of slow-cooked barbecue.

The experience begins with a welcome pour before moving through a sequence of tasting plates including smoked brisket, pitmaster chicken and signature sides. Each course is introduced with a brief insight into the pairing, explaining how the wine enhances the flavours of smoke, spice and caramelised bark.
