An intimate dining experience hosted beside the smoker, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the craft of smokehouse cooking.
Guests will enjoy a multi-course tasting menu showcasing the restaurant’s signature dishes, including smoked brisket, beef rib and seasonal fire-grilled specials. Throughout the evening the pitmaster introduces each course, sharing the story behind the techniques, ingredients and smoke profiles used.
With limited seating, this experience offers a rare opportunity to witness the process of slow smoking and live-fire cooking up close while enjoying a curated menu designed exclusively for the table.
